Psychological Opinion Reports for Japanese Family Courts
Hideyuki Ishigaki is a licensed psychologist in Japan (Certified Public Psychologist and Clinical Psychologist) who has written more than 300 psychological opinion reports for Japanese family court cases, including custody, parent-child contact (visitation) and child return cases.
For parents separated from their children in Japan
He has accepted cases from parents and lawyers in the United States, Italy, Australia and France. A report reviews the case records, including the family court investigator's report, in light of psychological research, and is submitted to the Japanese court by your Japanese lawyer.

Fees
A standard report for a family court case costs JPY 140,000 (tax included), with discounts of up to JPY 40,000 when the documents are well organized. Payment is required in advance. See the fee page (Japanese).
